GLOVERSVILLE - Daniel M. Moynehan, 51, died peacefully on October 13, 2025, at Mountain Valley Hospice, with his family by his side. He was born in Glens Falls, N.Y., and was the son of David and Betsy Moynehan.
Dan graduated from Warrensburg Central School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in biology from SUNY Oneonta. Dan always had a happy attitude, enjoyed working with people, and excelled in his sales and finance career in the automotive industry, working at Keeler Motor Car Company, and most recently at Goldstein Auto Group, in Latham, N.Y.
Dan had a relatable, gregarious nature that made everyone around him comfortable. He was greatly dedicated to his work, his family and friends, and loved to spend time outdoors. He also loved travelling with his family.
Along with his parents, Dan is survived by his loving wife, Julie (Tracy) Moynehan; their adored daughter, Katherine; and his siblings, Kelly (Doug) Sanford, Keith (Mina) Moynehan, and Kate (Todd) Moynehan.
Relatives and friends are warmly welcomed to pay their respects on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 12 to 2 p.m., at Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home, 21 Midline Rd., Ballston Lake, N.Y.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Corpus Christi Church, 2001 US-9, Round Lake, N.Y.
Interment will be held privately for the family.
