Dave and I were the best of friends from the second grade on. He always did a terrific job of staying in touch over the years, much better than I. A better friend you could never have. His generosity, sense of humor and down right caring nature for everyone around him was a bar set very high. I am deeply saddened to find this out. My sympathy to his family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.... I will miss the smell of winter cookouts on James Street and your dad's great sense of humor. With deepest sympathy... love the Deland Family

Dave, Tim, Terry, Ruthie, Billy, me & Boo..Always together long ago. Later years were spent on the Soccer Fields, watching our boys play. Dave was always a hugely generous, most warm and loving man. Our prayers to Arleen and the Boys. He will be missed. Fondly, Karen Eglintine, Joel & Miles.

I'm a good friend of Dave's and I was out of town when I heard of his passing. We shared alot of great laughs and times together. He will surely be missed and thought of often.
