David Phelan Obituary
EAST GREENBUSH - David J. Phelan, Jr., 53, of East Greenbush, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Albany Medical Center.
David was born in Albany, N.Y., on October 27, 1971, the son of David J and Carol (Beberwyk) Phelan.
Graduate of Columbia High School and ITT Technical Institute.
He loved to read, and was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and Nascar.
He most recently was a product technician at Cargill. Past employers were Fed Ex and Plug Power.
Survivors include his parents, David and Carol of East Greenbush; and his sister, Janine Phelan of Hillsborough, N.C. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Lenore Phelan, and Martin and Helen Beberwyk; and aunt, Patricia Phelan.
Contributions in David's memory may be made to Bruen Rescue Squad.
