Donna Schaaf Currier

Currier, Donna Schaaf GULFPORT, Miss. Donna Schaaf Currier, age 52 of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. She was employed as an assistant manager of Walmart in Wiggins and Hattiesburg, where her work ethic proved she was a hardworking lady. Donna was a very creative person who enjoyed painting and included her children and grandchildren in many of her activities. She was a very faithful Christian who touched many lives through her association with AA in Boca Raton, Fla. Donna was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will truly be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Earl and Lahja Jean Schaaf; and her brothers, Jack Earl Schaaf and Mark Steven Schaaf. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, William J. Currier; her children, Eric Currier (Heather), Kevin Currier (Felicia), Kristopher Currier (Francesca), and Katlin Currier; her siblings, Mary, Jim, Terry, Sue, Judy, Linda, Joannie, Michael, Karen, Joyce; sister-in-law Louise Deisenroth; and six grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, Miss., with a visitation for family and friends from 2 p.m. until the service.
