GUILDERLAND - Edmund H. Hanley, 91, passed away October 10, 2025.
Edmund was predeceased by his beloved wife of 65 years, Barbara Hanley (nee Ostrander), also son, Timothy; brothers James, Eugene, William, Joseph, Gerald, Laurence, Paul, Alfred Hanley; and sisters, Catherine Rivenburg and Joan Nowak.
Edmund is survived by his children, Michael (Linda) and Teresa. Grandchildren, Melissa (Davon) and Olivia. Great-grandchildren, MJ, Angela, Skylah, Davon and Karter. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit 4 to 6 p.m., on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, N.Y. 12189. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow service at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, 1389 Central Ave., Colonie, N.Y. 12205.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made towards Parkinson's research at The Michael J. Fox Foundation, www.michaeljfox.org
