Hull, Elizabeth M.
TROY - It is with great sadness to announce that Elizabeth M. Hull, 81, of Troy, peacefully entered eternal life, in the loving care of her family, at home, on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Union Beach, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Irene (Stillwell) Lamberson. She then moved to Troy with her late husband, James L. Hull. Elizabeth was known as "Cookie" by her family and "Liz" by her friends.
She was formerly employed by Equity Meat Corporation and Old Brick Furniture.
In addition to her parents and husband, Elizabeth was predeceased in death by her brother; Elmer "Butchy" Lamberson; and her son, Duane E. Hull.
Elizabeth is survived by her beloved sister, Joan Brandt (Harvey) of Tennessee; her much-loved children, Lynne Carpenter (Merritt), James "Jim" Hull Jr., and Charles Hull; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Elizabeth enjoyed yard work, relaxing at her camp in the Adirondacks, along with her husband, she loved to watch and listen to song birds from her kitchen window, shopping at the dollar stores and word search puzzles.
There will be no calling hours. Private Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy, N.Y.
Special thanks and acknowledgments to her trusted companions, Lisa Bouchard, Jessie Ashley, Kimberely Myers, and The Community Hospice of Rensselaer, especially nurse, Kalissa.
