Eva May Gee

APEX, N.C. Eva May Earing Gee, 90, formerly of Rensselaer, died Friday, June 4, 2004 at the home of her son, Old Raleigh, Apex, N.C., after a brief illness. Born in Rensselaer, Eva lived there most of her life before moving to Apex five years ago. She was wife of the late Carl T. Gee. Mrs. Gee was a clerk for the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles, life member of the J.N. Ring Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary, Fort Crailo P.T.A., member of C.S.E.A., Rensselaer A.A.R.P., Louise Corning Senior Citizens, Rensselaer Senior Citizens, the First United Methodist Church of Rensselaer and the Van Rensselaer Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. She was the devoted mother of Carl W. Gee of Apex and Edward O. Gee of East Falmouth, Mass.; also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday morning at 11 o'clock at the Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. Interment in New Rural Cemetery, Rensselaer, N.Y.
