Alecia, Francisco "Cisco" WATERVLIET Francisco "Cisco" Alecia, 50, passed away on December 24, 2020 at home in Watervliet. Cisco is survived by his two daughters, Caitlyn and Jaidyn Alecia; mother Gloria E. McKenzie; two sisters, Deanna (Stephen) Jones and Kimberly (Eric) Speight; two nieces, Shiaria McCall and Markeisha Jones; two great-nieces, E'Layah and Emarie Jones; three nephews, Marvais Jones, Tra'Vontay and Da'Vontay Speight; two great-nephews Elias and Elijah Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife Lorraine Alecia; father Wittie "Willie" D. Jones; and son Tyler Alecia. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private. Cisco was a friend and a wonderful guy. Always had that big smile whenever we saw him. He did so much for Watervliet Elks and the VA Hospital. Gone to young, will miss you my friend. RIP and God bless you and your family
