George Bradt Obituary

Bradt, George III
ALBANY - George M. Bradt III, 92, of Albany, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on May 12, 2025, at his home.
He was born in Albany on April 3, 1933, to the late George and Mae (Robinson) Bradt.
George worked as a Director of Internal Audit for NYS Teachers Retirement System.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 70 years, Virginia; his son, George M. Bradt IV; and his grandson, Zachary Warner.
George is survived by his children, Deidre Chalkowski, Judy Ann Bradt, Susan Welsh (Thomas), Wendy Warner (Scott), Pamela Donovan; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service to follow at 1 p.m., at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, N.Y.
