Hey George,

I met you when I was in my early twenties, just out of the Air Force and I was fortunate enough to land a job with Control Data. I was still in the "yes sir", "no sir" mode, you, with that smile that you always had for everyone told me that I didn't need to call you sir. I learned a lot about work and life from you. We spent many nights working on issues, on occasion we would have time to socialize where we really got to know each other. You really were one of the most thoughtful, caring people I've ever met. Safe travels George, you will be missed.

To the Pitts family, I worked with George for sixteen years, he was an amazing man. I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

Aunt Minnie . Brian , Terry, Pam ,Donna , Sharon and Chris ... I just want you to know .. I will be watching and having your backs during this very hard day and ones to come.. no matter what you need and no matter how small I will be here for all of you!! Uncle George made me laugh with that smile.. and was always there to help .. awhile ago when I stopped by to visit .. I have to say it was hard ... it was just us and he was having a not so good day ... so the first 45 minutes was a difficult talk .. but than out of the blue he started talking about monnie and all of you .. in present time ... he said a lot that you all should feel very loved ... love you all Mark
