What a shock to see Herb's name in the obituaries this morning! I had lost touch with him, but he called me just a few weeks ago. Herb, Tom Golden and I worked together very closely for the State of New York. I have notified Tom's widow in California. We're sorry to hear of his passing. Please accept our condolences. What great memories you all and we have of this man.
