James Kehoe Obituary
ALBANY - At the age of 80, James F. Kehoe passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.
Born in Troy, Jim was the son of the late William K. Kehoe and Frances McLaughlin Kehoe. Jim graduated with a B.A. in history from Siena College and was employed by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. He enjoyed traveling throughout Europe and Asia, attending Broadway shows, the ballet, and the Metropolitan Opera, as well as spending time with his family and their pets.
He is survived by and will be missed by his siblings, Nancy Kehoe, Jean (Matthew) Cohen, Christine (Julia Warren), and William (Beihua) Kehoe. Jim is also survived by nieces, nephews, and one great-niece.
The funeral service for Jim will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 6, at the Wm. Leahy Funeral Home, 336 Third St., Troy, with Deacon Charles Wojton officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Troy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's memory may be directed to Joseph's House, 74 Ferry St., Troy, NY, 12180.

Jim was one of our happiest memories of our time working in the original World Trade Center. He was always in good cheer and shared his love of ballet and Pavarotti for the cultural enrichment of all his friends. Jim will be missed by many, May he Rest In Peace with beautiful Melodie´s and high C´s!

Sad to see the passing of "Jimmy ". He was may classmate at St. Joseph's, part of a wonderful group of boys and girls to grow up with in South Troy. He was super bright and a bit serious,but we all had fun together.
