Jason O'Hare Obituary

O'Hare, Jason Robert
GUILDERLAND - Jason Robert O'Hare, 47 of Guilderland, died suddenly on March 16, 2023.
Jason was a beautiful Christmas baby who always brought abundant joy to our lives with just enough mischief in his veins to always keep us on our toes. Jason attended Watervliet High School where he played for the Cannoneer football team. Shortly thereafter Jason began working at Advanced Energy Technologies in Clifton Park where he manufactured insulated metal panels. He later started his own company, JO Enterprises, where he installed coolers, freezers, and process rooms. In more recent years he joined the family business, Accurate Refrigeration Design, and moved up the ranks to vice president of sales.
Jason was an excellent carpenter and was always working on his home in Guilderland. Jason had a love for animals and always had a dog of his own. In his spare time, he loved golf, snow skiing, hiking, ATVs, model cars, and boating, and he was an excellent drummer as well.
Jason has now joined his mother, Elizabeth O'Hare in heaven. He is survived by the love of his life and fiancée, Rachel DelGuidice; his son, Jason Keith O'Hare; and his father and stepmother, Michael P. and Patti O'Hare.
Services will be held privately for now with a celebration of life to be scheduled in the coming months.

I knew Jason from doing business with him over many years .
Jason came into his own after joining with Mike and Accurate refrigeration . His abilities as a carpenter, organizer and business person blossomed ,,, unfortunately he passed way to soon. He had so many good years ahead of him. My condolences to his family. I will miss working with Jason , I pray he is resting peacefully

Jason was a riot...he could have been a comedian ...every time I spoke with him I laughed and he was always nice to me...the last time I was there he spent an hour talking with me about his model car collection and showed me his track...he had many hobbies and was very passionate about each one . He loved his Audis and toys so much and would love to talk . He really was one of the biggest eccentric characters I have ever met in my entire life...I can truely say he is one person I will NEVER forget . I am very sorry for his family he was too young but at least he is in a better place.

I'm crushed and I'm sure I will be for a long time. Not only will I be in morning, I also will celebrate your life! So many memories Jay. From pics of us when our Moms hung out when we were 2 and 1yrs old, to playing modified football in 7th 8th grade, first time skiing with Mike and you, first time golfing, to being headbangers one day and the very next day having shaved heads, bright green cross colors outfits on and trying to break dance LOL . Things seemed to change so quickly growing up, we both grew up way to fast! We did so much together! Jay you will never ever be forgotten! My deepest sympathy to Mike O'Hare and Jason Keith O'Hare and family.
