Jeffrey McDade Obituary

McDade, Jeffrey L. COLONIE Jeffrey L. McDade, 44, entered eternal life suddenly on Saturday, April 16, 2022, where he resided in Daytona Beach, Fla. Jeffrey dedicated a lot of his time helping others at the Real Life Christian Church. He would always be there for a friend in need and had a deep love for his family. Jeffrey L. McDade was born on November 14, 1977, to Joseph McDade Sr., and Mary McDade. He grew up loving all sports and was a great athlete. In his youth he played for many years with Colonie Little League, Colonie Babe Ruth, many travel teams, and Pop Warner. He loved camping and spending vacations at the beach with his family. Jeffrey was always surrounded by friends. He was a charismatic and fun-loving person with love for everyone. His personality helped him succeed in his career as a marketing and advertising representative. He had a real gift in sales. Jeffrey is survived by his daughter, Emily McDade (David); his parents, Joseph McDade Sr. and Mary McDade; his brother, Joseph McDade Jr. (Lisa); his sister, Tara Stigi (Michael); his nephews, Noah, Talan and Joseph; his nieces, Shannon, Chanel and Bridget; and his girlfriend, Tracie Herman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A private ceremony with family and close friends was held on a beach in Daytona Beach, Fla. on April 26, 2022, where he enjoyed a lot of good times. Jeffrey's memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 6, at 11 a.m. in the Church of St. Clare, 1947 Central Avenue, Colonie. Relatives and friends are invited and may also visit with his family at the church prior to the Mass from 10 - 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a church of your choice.

Jeff was such a special guy. I met him when I was 14.. lost in a high school that was too big for me. He introduced me to one of my favorite albums ever.. Pink Floyd - Pulse. He was sweet, quiet and so handsome. I'm so sorry for the loss this must be for your family.

What a sad surprise to learn of Jeff's passing. Too young, too soon! We shared the same birthday (although the birth year was quite different.) I remember when he joined us when we vacationed in Wildwood one summer............
To Joe, young Joe, Mary and Tara...I'm so sorry for your loss.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I was very sad to hear and shocked that Jeff passed away. He will be missed.
