Coon, Jennifer Nicole ALBANY On July 25, 2022, Jennifer Nicole Coon, 41, passed away at Ellis Hospital after a sudden onset medical emergency. Though she has gone much too soon, leaving many hearts broken, she is now set free to fly like the butterflies she loved. Jennifer, was the beloved daughter of Sharan Fisher Coon and Gary Martin Coon of Colonie, whom she deeply missed. She was the devoted mother of Jared Aumand and Justin Aumand, who were her heart. She shared her sons with her former husband, Michael R.Aumand. Her loving sisters, Allison Worcester (Jeff) and Lisa Hughes; and her brothers, Jeffrey Coon (Christine) and Thomas Coon (Claudia) are left to mourn her. She was predeceased by her sisters, Michele Grandy, Sandy Williams and Susan Espey. Jennifer also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who loved their aunt Jenny's bright spirit. She brightened the lives of many others including her mother-in-law, Maureen Aumand; her sons' dear friends, Daphne Fleischer, and Kelly Jo Wisler; her life-long friend, Sheri Nellis; her close friend, Leandro Gimenez; as well as her friends, Eileen Weatherwax, Heather Tice, Lisa Millington, and Juan Rodriguez. The community of relatives, friends and co-workers who delighted in her smile, her laugh, her sense of humor is large. Jenny will be deeply missed.
