Clark, John CLIFTON PARK John Clark, 81, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021. John was the son of the late Houston Clark and Georgia Mae Clark. John was the devoted husband to Clyda Clark; they were married for 59 years. John was a member of the Local 190 Construction and General Laborers Union until his retirement. He was also a supervisor employed by Montgomery Wards in Albany until they closed. John was a proud member of the Mount Olive Southern Missionary Baptist Church. John is survived by his children, John (Marcia) Dorsey of Albany, John Clark Jr. of Albany, Melissa (Ronald) Haizlip of Clifton Park, Kenneth Clark of Dallas, Texas, Gregory Clark of Clifton Park, and Stacy Clark of Glenmont; and his siblings, Sister Joyce Turner Mckiever of Tamarac, Fla., Betty (Mike) Gross of Albany, Marthy Singletary of Albany, Howard (Dorthy) Singletary of Albany, Nancy Singletary of Albany, and William (Dawn) Singletary of Albany. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie on Tuesday, December 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in the Graceland Cemetery, Albany. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S.
