In accordance with Jack's wishes, funeral services will be held privately. He will be interred in Blooming Grove Cemetery in Defreestville.

My condolences to the Korzatkowski family. I have many memories of his visits to my parents (Buddy and Kate) and my brother Pat's houses. I'll always remember his hardy laugh. He was very a very kind man. Rest in peace cousin Jack.

Eternal rest grant unto Jack, O Lord,
and let Your perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed
rest in peace.

Amen.

Dear Korzatkowski Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Jack was a first cousin of our late father George, and a favorite nephew of our grandfather, Buddy. Jackie shared an abundance of laughter decades ago during visits to our grandparents home in Albany where my memories of him were forged. There was even an occasional hunting or fishing trip.

He was a genuine human being which was displayed by the large circle of family and friends who enframed his daily life. If I had to choose one word to describe him, perhaps "CLASS" would suffice.

Jackie, thank you for your service in the USCG. "Semper Paratus"

Yet another page torn from the book of my youth.

Blessings to you and yours,
