My love and condolences to all the Parker and Potter family members. Jack was a wonderful brother-in-law. In addition to mutual respect and affection, we shared a love of books and music. I shall miss him, and I will always remember his wonderful smile.

Hi Doris:
My Deepest Condolences. I am grateful though because I know that he is happy with the Lord. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Our sadness is from our loss in this life, but as Christians we know, and can comfort ourselves in, the knowledge that he is now with the Lord, preparing for the day when we will all be with him again. For now, we can remember & smile at the memories, laughter & kindness that John has left us with, and there are many! Thank you Doris for standing with, and loving such a kind and wonderful man. I continue to keep you in my prayers. May the Lord comfort you & help you to smile through your loss.
All My Love:
Drew

My condolences to the Family . I only got to know John for a short while , as I was one of his caregivers in his last months of life. He had a great since of humor and a good heart always concerned with his wifes well being even though he was going thru his own illness . I was very blessed to have been apart of his life even if it was only a short period of it .

The world will truly miss a great man, and heaven rejoices to receive this great man. Keeping you all in my prayers, sending my love n prayers of comfort at this time. Although we know he has gone home to be with the Lord we can't help but to hurt and ache and wish for him to be here. He is rejocing and singing with the angels. Sadly he has gone and left us, but we know we will one day see him n be able to see his wonderful smile. God bless each and everyone of you. Much love and prayers Gram for I know your heart is broken, I pray God be by your side and fill you with his love n peace. That God be there holding you and comforting you. This may be a hard time for each of you in your own way, and I pray God be with each and everyone of you through this very difficult time. My sincere condolences to all of John's family. I know you will miss him, as I will. I have known John, as a coffee mate, for the last 10+ years. Needless to say, we became good friends. Those are many fond memories now. I will miss him.

Mrs. Parker
I am not sure if you remember but I saw you and Mr Parker recently at Marcella's while eating dinner and told him that I recognized him immediately as him being my teacher at Van Antwerp. I was very touched at his reaction and so was my husband. He is one teacher that I will never forget for his kindness and patience.
You along with the rest of your family are in my thoughts.
