John Svingala Obituary

SCHODACK John Thomas Svingala, 48, of Schodack, formerly of Columbia Street in Hudson, died Sunday, February 6, 2005 at Albany Memorial Hospital. Born January 29, 1957 in Hudson, he was the son of Gertrude Eva (Bagley) Svingala and the late John G. Svingala. In addition to his mother, surviving are his son, Thomas Svingala of Schodack; his daughter, Krista Svingala of Hudson; two grandsons, Trent Svingala and Caleb Svingala both of Schodack; his sister, Joan Wishon of Hudson; and his niece, Jill Wishon of Hudson. Calling hours will be held from 5-7 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Bates & Anderson-Redmond & Keeler Funeral Home, 110 Green St., Hudson. Services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 429 E. Allen St., Hudson. Interment will be in Cedar Park Cemetery in Hudson.
