Joe and I attended many family functions over the years with my Aunt Helen and his mother Dottie. He was a great guy and a class act. May he rest in peace.

When I saw Joe at the golf course "Bagger" always said "How is the lovely Mrs. Wilkes". He was the consummate gentleman. He will be missed.
