I came to know Dr. Kapp in 2003 concerning a query on pressure vessels. His knowledge of the design of pre-stressing of thick tubes plant greatly impressed me. My sincere condolences to his family.

I worked with Joe since 1993 in High Pressure Mechanical Engineering at ExxonMobil. He is a dear friend to me : I spoke to Joe almost weekly, he came to all our yearly face-to-face Network meetings since 1994 in Belgium and Baton Rouge, La. We will miss Joe and his optimism, humor and all his contributions through his impressive knowledge and experience.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
