Joe and my husband, Bruce Breakell Brown, began Elmhurst Research one nice day when they blew up Joe's neighbor's garage!! (The man had given it to them.) Bruce has been dead a number of years.

I came to know Dr. Kapp in 2003 concerning a query on pressure vessels. His knowledge of the design of pre-stressing of thick tubes plant greatly impressed me. My sincere condolences to his family.
