I have known Lynn through football when he was my referee. Lynn had an awesome sense of humor and would always listen to all of my jokes and fun sense of humor during the football games. He made playing football fun because most referees are too serious. I'm confident that his spirit and love will continue to livethrough his family members and friends. Through pictures and memories we will always have, share and continue loving him. God bless the Purdy family!

Lynn and Pat,
We are so sorry to hear about Lynn's passing. We will always remember the times he helped his dad do work on our home and the conversations between them. He was such a nice person. Please know that you, your family and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.

On behalf of the Ballston Spa Pop Warner Association and its members we are sadden with the news of Lynn's passing. Lynn over the years had proven himself to be a great asset to the community with his love of our children by volunteering so much of his time helping the many youths in our community. Lynn will be missed by our organization and its members. Thank you Lynn, may you rest in peace knowing the joy you brought to so many.
God Bless

Dear Donna and family,
You know we all loved Lynn and have many, many fond memories of him. He was truly a good person with a big heart. He was always there to help whether it was moving a tree, coaching a game or tipping a scale so "one" of the kids could play football. He was a proud father, admired member of the community and an all around good friend. He will be missed by all of us very much!! You are in our thoughts and prayers!
Lynn was a good friend to everyone and he will be missed!

Dear Donna and kids. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness and although no words can really help to ease the loss of Lynn, please know that you are close in every thought and prayer. Love, Kathleen and Kelly Zelker.

God bless the family, and draw closer to them as they heal their loss. Lynn was a great man and friend to me. Always went out of his way to shake my hand and sincerely ask how I was doing. He always placed others needs above his own. You couldn't go to the fields at BSPA and not run into him. Every time I smell burgers on the grill at the games I will think of him. Committed to the BSPA athletic programs and his absence is a huge loss. I will miss him and I will make sure that as I walk over the athletic fields, I will take time to remember him. As well when I fish the spot on Saratoga Lake that Lynn turned my son and I on to. It's funny though because when we all fished there, Lynn was the only one catching anything. I will pray for the family.
