Maria Gitto Obituary
EAST GREENBUSH - Maria O. Gitto, 85, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025, at St. Peter's Hospice. Maria was born in Argentina the daughter of the late Otario and Juana Perri. Maria's interests were driving, dogs and spending time with family.
She retired as a Manager for Northeast Career Planning after many years. Prior she worked as a production worker For Trans Continental Music.
Survivors include her son, Daniel E. (Adela) Gitto; two grandsons, Daniel "DJ" Gitto and Christopher Gitto; sister, Olga Ozor; brother, Victor Perri; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by the love of her life, Eugenio "Coco" N. Gitto.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 1 p.m., in the Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpk. Rensselaer, N.Y.
