Ginny (Virginia) Thorndike
January 27, 2025
Cousin Ginny Thorndike here.
I know I convey both my brother Bob and sister Nancy's condolences as well as mine.
The last time I was with Mary Louise was in 2005. She and Warren hosted my husband Irving Spitzberg as part of our trip to the celebration of Ed and Liz's 50th? wedding anniversary. We had a lovely time and met most of the children. We toured the farm in detail. Warren took Irving up in the plane and he loved it. I have photos of that visit.
Another time MaryLouise and Warren flew to New Hampshire and we met them when visiting Uncle Alan and Louise Thorndike. We probably went to the Thorndike Farm in Orford as part of that visit.
Eons ago I would play with Beth at Thanksgiving, usually at the Big House. She was only a few years younger than Choddy Thorndike (Alan's daughter) and me.
Mary Louise grew up just up College Hill from me, but she was so much older than me that I did not interact except at Thanksgiving. I went to Wellesley too.
I would be very happy to hear from family. I have been out of touch. I am soon to start working on genealogy and would love to share.

Warren, Nedda and I sympathize with you and your family. I know that Mary Louise´s extended illness was very hard on you and the family, but you had many good years together.
