Merwyn Frisch

DELMAR Merwyn Frisch, age 79, of Devon Road, Delmar, N.Y., died Wednesday evening, February 1, 2006 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, N.Y. Mr. Frisch was born in Schenectady, N.Y. and was the son of the late Samuel and Sadye Frisch. He was a graduate of Nott Terrace High School in Schenectady and Siena College, class of 1950, where he was an accounting major. He was a financial vice president with RTA Distributors in Albany, N.Y. and later was associated with the Urbach, Kahn and Werlin accounting firm in Albany. He was a member of the Congregation Beth Emeth in Albany. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn Freedman Frisch, and a son, James E. Frisch and his wife Yvonne of Louisville, Ky.; brother of Joanne Kramer of Voorheesville, N.Y. He was predeceased by a sister, Elaine Cohn of Delmar. Services at the Mendleson Chapel at the Beth Emeth Cemetery, Turner Lane, Loudonville, N.Y. on Friday, February 3, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. The period of mourning will be observed at the Frisch residence, 81 Devon Road, Delmar, N.Y. following the service of interment and commencing again on Saturday evening and throughout the day on Sunday.
