Michael Gogan Memoriam
5/31/1932 to 10/6/2021
Michael A Gogan passed away on October 6, 2021 at the Villa behind St. Peters Hospital in Albany, New York. He came to America with a ten year old education. However, he was a master at his trade. He came from County Meathe Ireland. He was a Stone Mason on the South Mall in Albany since the start, working under his own Company, Gogan Incorporated, Stone. After several years he was hired on by the Office of General Services for N.Y.S. to supervise the Masons. He retired from O.G.S. in 1995. He was a handsome white haired, blue eyed Irishman with a severe work ethic. He had faults like we all do. In the end, Daddy, I apologize I was restricted to see you for two months. However; I was so fortunate to be able to help you out for seven months prior.
I Love You and rest in peace, until we meet again.
