Dear Kavanagh family,
Mickey was our colleague in the UAlbany School of Business for many years. We appreciated his scholarly talents, warm collegiality, and quick humor. In our organization, he will always be considered a visionary for his work to establish a thriving Human Resource Information Systems program.
Please accept our condolences for your loss.

Barbara,
Mickey was a wonderful person to be with. He was always entertaining and never lacking in opinions, even as his disease progressed. Our memories of him will always bring smiles to our faces.
Our deepest condolences to you and your family.
