Molly Goodman Obituary

Goodman, Molly ALBANY Molly Hyden Goodman, age 92, of the Teresian House in Albany, died Tuesday evening, August 19, 2008 at the Teresian House. Molly was born in NYC and had been an Albany resident since 1980. She formerly resided at the B'nai B'rith Parkview Apartments in Albany. Molly was the former wife of Meyer Goodman; mother of Martin Goodman and his wife Tammy of Niskayuna, N.Y. and Marilyn Goodman of Yaphank, Long Island; grandmother of Hali Holmes, Jodi Goodman and Kerri Saunders; great-grandmother of Lyndsi and Mikaela Holmes. Services at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue, Albany on Friday, August 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow services in the Congregation Sons of Israel Cemetery in Cranesville, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Molly in a special way may make a memorial contribution to the Teresian House, 200 Washington Avenue Extension, Albany, NY 12203. My husband and I are sadden by the loss of Molly. She used to sit at the table with my Aunt Tess before she passed away in October.
Molly alway provided us with a song and a smile. She will be missed by everyone.

My mom and I will miss the Molly we knew and loved ... our Molly who sang all the old Broadway show hits and entertained her fellow residents at Teresian House. Our sincere condolences in your loss.
