Allen, Nancy J.
WYANTSKILL - Nancy J. Allen, 77, of Wynantskill, passed in to eternal rest on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at The Samaritan Hospital, with her family by her side. Nancy was born in Troy, and was the daughter of the late Frank and Blanche Sullivan and loving wife for over 60 years to John T. Allen of Wynantskill.
Nancy was a homemaker and enjoyed trips to casinos, bus trips, reading, going to the CRAB Club in Troy, The American Legion in Wynantskill, and the Polish Club in South Troy
In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by her daughter, Gloria (Pete) Hornbuckle; her granddaughters, Katharina (Luis) Martinez and Sophia Hornbuckle; and her great-grandchildren Zaire and Alora. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Gloria (Gino) Perrotti; and her brother-in-law, Frank (Isabelle) Allen; and several nieces and nephews. Nancy will also be missed by her cat, Max, whom she cared for several years.
Nancy's funeral was held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements by The Bocketti Funeral Home in Troy.
