Nancy A. Cornaire

Cornaire, Nancy A. SCHENECTADY Nancy A. Cornaire of Schenectady, passed peacefully into eternity, at the age of 77, on February 7, 2022, while in Hospice care. Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Myrtle Kreitzer; and her brother Frank Kreitzer. A devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by her sister, Diane (Albert) Fidler; her brother, Harold (Mae) Kreitzer; her three sons, Rick (Pattie) Cornaire, Larry (Cindy) Cornaire, and Steve (Diane) Cornaire; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren (plus one on the way), nieces and nephews. She was both provider and nurturer to her family while she worked as a school monitor, a bank teller, in group homes for the disabled, and then as a store manager for the City Mission of Schenectady for 20 plus years. From Nancy's strong faith in Jesus and love for God, she has touched many lives with her service to others in providing a home to those in need, her friendship, rides to appts and more. She was dedicated to her church family and enjoyed reading novels, gardening and family gatherings. A public memorial celebration of Nancy's life will be held on February 19, at 2 p.m. in the Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church, 6512 Western Tpke., Duanesburg, NY, 12056.
