Nancy L. Purrott

Purrott, Nancy L. TROY Nancy L. Purrott, age 63 of Troy, passed away on February 22, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Esther and James Purrott. Nancy was predeceased by her beloved siblings: sister, Linda Purrott and brother, Raymond Purrott; and her namesake niece, Nancy. Nancy is survived by many cousins who have consistently supported and deeply loved her throughout the years, devoted special friends, Joel and Jo-Ann Vidulich; her life-long best friend, Karen Fryer; her dear godchild, Leah Avery; and nephew, Sean Howie. Nancy was comforted by all those who visited her and especially appreciated receiving communion each Sunday from Norine Batting. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Magin & Keegan Funeral Home, 891 Madison Ave., Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home on Tuesday after 10 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Nancy may make a contribution to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY, 12204 which was very near and dear to Nancy's heart.
