Pasquile Vitetta

Vitetta, Pasquile ALCOVE Pasquile Joseph Vitetta, 68, was born into the eternal light on Thursday June 8, 2017, at home surrounded by his loving family. P.V. was born on November 4, 1948, in Albany to the late Joseph and Angela Matera Vitetta. He moved to the Alcove area and since 1976, he has owned and operated Vitetta's Auto on Route 143 with his son Joe for the last 27 years. P.V. loved to street race his Nova. Every single day he could be seen walking six miles on Route 32 past the Alcove Reservoir. He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. P.V. is survived by his wife, Esther Zwack Vitetta; his sons, Joseph Vitetta and Pasquile J. Vitetta Jr.; his grandson, Joey Vitetta; and his sister, Frances Craig. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 11, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 12, at 11 a.m. at the Dormansville United Methodist Church, County Route 312, Dormansville, followed by burial in Onesquethaw Cemetery.
