Patricia A. Brauer

Brauer, Patricia A. DELMAR Patricia A. Brauer, 70, of Delmar, died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Born in Troy, on May 6, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Hanna (Wallen) Mac-Gregor. Mrs. Brauer was retired from the New York Telephone Co. and was currently the receptionist at the University Club in Albany where she had worked for over 15 years. Among her favorite activities, Patricia loved to bake for her family and friends. She was the wife of the late Wesley Brauer Sr.; and sister of the late Brida Garceau, Frederick Jr. and Edgar MacGregor. Survivors include her two sons, Earl Broomall Jr. of White Pigeon, Mich. and Kevin M. Broomall of Delmar; grandchildren, Felicia N. and Kyisha N. Graham, Dylan C. Broomall, Genesis Hufford, and Ramzie J. and Cyress E. Broomall; great-granddaughter, Madison Lee Grochmal; sisters, Margaret Smith, Marian Ray (Richard) and Kathleen Costello; and stepchildren, Wesley Jr., Kevin, David, and Michael Brauer, Maryann Portman, and Margaret, Jane and James Brauer. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
