The pictures I am sharing are just a few of wonderful Christmas memories created by my cherished godparents, Barbara and Ralph Caola. As a child, I would bug my mom to let me go over to their house, a quick jog across the street, so I could open my present from them .. my first watch, a ring with my birthstone(theirs the same), a chemistry set, microscope , whatever whim I had, it would be under their tree for me! The faded snowman in the photo was on top of the box which held a peacoat I hoped for. I think it was my sophomore year (1969-1970) the plate and cocktail glasses from Wits End in the first couple of years of married life. But what could not be wrapped up were the most precious gifts they gave me .. their time, attention and loving encouragement, always stressing to remain true to myself! RJ is the other gift they gave me .. remembering it all .. forever. Thank you!

Dear RJ and Nick,
Not a day goes by without a reminder to me just how lucky I was to be their godchild .. from hanging out with Barb to "helping" Ralph in the spring house .. how lucky I am to have so many wonderful memories ..
Love .. JanJan

Your parents were wonderful people. They were so kind to me growing up.
