Uncle Eddie, Sanford and Robin, Donna and Bernie, and Mom, and to the rest of my extended Cohn family,

I am so sorry about Aunt Roberta's passing this week. I wish you all peace and comfort knowing that she is at rest.

I was remembering Aunt Roberta to a friend after I heard the news and I wanted to say some of my most joyous childhood moments were had at the house with her and you, Uncle Ed, providing the hot chocolate and snacks in between the long hours of ice skating at Raft's pond. Too, we had those big family birthday parties in the middle of February for Aunt Roberta, Grandpa Jules Paul and me...because we all had birthdays within 3 or 4 days of each other. And what great fun (and maybe a little bit of mischievous fun :) I had at all the backyard cookouts!

Aunt Roberta was always there for me while I was growing up, especially at times like when I got stung by half a bees nest. She was at my side faster than one could say bee's nest.

I loved her and will miss her, always.

Peace and love to you all.

From your nephew, cousin, and son,

Carole Alfieri

Sandy and Robin, I am thinking of you both. I know these words are no consolation to you, but time does heal the pain of a loss. It did with my dad. You never really lose the person you love, you just communicate with them in a different way. All my love to you. Carole Alfieri
