Ronald Rausch

Rausch, Ronald HANNACROIX Ronald Rausch, of Hannacroix, passed away on March 19, 2018, at Columbia Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Ronald was born to the late Otto and Rita Rausch on December 31, 1946. He is survived by one brother Jeffery Rausch of Watervliet. He was a devoted companion of 31 years to Beverly Hoogkamp; and a loving father to Joseph Hoogkamp. He served in the U.S. Army as an artillery man and as a paratrooper in the Vietnam War. He was a master mechanic at Denooyer Chevrolet; and a bus driver examiner, 19-A examiner, and trainer for 35 years until his retirement five years ago. He was also an indie film actor in many "JB Productions" movies. There will be a memorial service at The Coxsackie Hose Company # 3, 218 Mansion St., Coxsackie, date and time to be announced.
