Rose E. Ciccarelli

Ciccarelli, Rose E. TROY Rose E. (Bizzarro) Ciccarelli, 88, formerly of Sherman Ave., in Troy, passed into eternal rest on August 8, 2008, after a long illness, surrounded by her beloved family. Born and educated in Hoosick Falls, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Saverio and V. Beatrice (Pedato) Bizzarro. She was predeceased by her loving husband Frank L. Ciccarelli. She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Troy. She is survived by her two loving sons, Michael F. Ciccarelli (Veronica) and Carmen F. Ciccarelli (Carol), both of West Sand Lake; four grandchildren, Frank M. Ciccarelli (Jennifer) of East Greenbush, Dr. Michael F. Ciccarelli Jr. of West Sand Lake, Mrs. Joanna R. Whitman (David) of East Greenbush and Mrs. Jennifer A. Colwill (Kenneth) of Wynantskill and five great-grandchildren, Courtney and Alyssa Ciccarelli of East Greenbush, Karah and Skyler Whitman of East Greenbush, and Hannah Colwill of Wynantskill. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Principia DeLucia of Waterford, N.Y. and was predeceased by three sisters, Mrs. John (Elvira) Ricci, Mrs. Pasquale (Frances) Milano, Mrs. Joseph (Christina) Kulak; and three brothers, Peter J. Bizzarro, Lawrence J. Bizzarro, and Eugene A. Bizzarro; and half-sister to the late Mrs. Constance Wilkinson, John and Joseph Ferraninni. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the nurses and staff of Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home. Funeral from the Bizzarro Funeral Home, 171 Hill St., Troy, N.Y. on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. from St. Michael's Church in Troy, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
