To our uncles, aunts & cousins...
We are so very sorry. Grandma Rose was such a wonderful and caring woman. We thought of her as our own Grandma and enjoyed so many holidays with her. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all. We know she is now able to watch down upon her grandchildren & great-grandchildren with delight all day long!

Dear Nick, Tony, Joe and all the family,
Your Mom was a very special lady, who when she greeted you, first her face would light up and her eyes would twinkle; then came that broad smile and open arms that said you were special in her life. Her warmth and unconditional love made you feel you were the only person that was important at that moment, even when you had been absent for a while.
I can't imagine how tough it's been these last few years, but the many years of fond memories surely outweigh the recent past.
I will miss her good-natured greeting when she saw me and would say, "How's my favorite first god-child? Where have you been and what have you been up to lately? We will all miss her "Rosy" spirit.
God bless you all and may you find peace and strength in Him,
Chuck and Theresa Rinaldo

What can I say about Aunt Rosie that hasn't already been said? Memories of Iowa Avenue will forever be in my heart. If Mike and I didn't like what Gram was cookin' we trudged up the stairs to see what Aunt Rosie had. The competition! Memories of sitting with them on the porch, all the wonderful smells, the big hugs, all the mother hens I had when I was pregnant, taking care of baby Nick, the tender loving care we always got can never be replaced or forgotten. Cherish the memories...

Rosie was a household name around the Rinaldo home. We feel a loss as great as if our own. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all . Rob remembers spaghetti at Rosie's on Thursday night. At Cheechs' he could only have it on Wednesday and Sundays. Rinaldo,Rizzo,Rizzo,Rinaldo sounds like it belongs together. Sincerely,
Robert and Christine Rinaldo and family in Los Angeles.

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Rosie. Being at the house on Park Avenue or Iowa Avenue that she and Uncle Nick shared with my grandparents are the best ones. No one could cook and put together a meal and get it on the table as fast as Aunt Rosie. Whether it was the Friday night poker game, sitting in the yard or upstairs in her kitchen she always made it fun and special. All the kids loved her and she loved being with all the kids. She would rock my son Danny when he was little and sing to him in Italian and eventually he started to learn the words and sing along with her. I had more fun with my kids, my Grandmother, Aunt Rosie, Uncle Nick and the "Gems" on Iowa Avenue. As much as Aunt Rosie will be missed by all of us ,the memory of times with Aunt Rosie will go on in all of us forever.

Aunt Rosie was a wonderful loving ,caring person who went out of her way to make others happy. My favorite memory... when I would visit her with my parents she would greet us with a smile and a hug that made me feel so loved. She then would put on a spread of food that could satisfy an army of people. She always had stories of the past to tell that were entertaining as well as amazing. Aunt Rosie was a strong woman whose smile and love washed over me like warm sunshine, she always made me feel special.

Dear Nick, Lorraine, Tony, Diane, Joe and Beryl- and all the family,
First, I want to tell you how much your mom meant to all of us in the Rinaldo clan. She and our mom were quite a pair. Their friendship amazed many people. We have missed her weekly visits and daily phone calls.
Rosie was always cheerful and my children have very fond memories of her. She would always find a way to make them feel special. Her kindness and loving spirit will always be remembered.
Our sympathy to all of you in your loss.
