I have such loving memories of working with Ruth at the office of the state comptroller. She was a wonderful human being and a cherished mentor. I´m sad that we lost touch through the years. My heart is with all of you who will feel her absence in the deepest way. Know that she touched me as a young woman and showed me what true class and love of family and dedication to a career really looked like.
