It´s hard to believe that 4 years have gone by. I hope her family is doing OK. They lost their Dad too. Their Mom was strong and I´m sure they´re following her advice.

My mind has been flooded with images of Sally ever since I saw this the other day of that beautiful face with a smile and sparkling eyes that could light a room. I am so sorry for you, her children and grandchildren and also your Dad in her loss and also that of your Sister Wendy. Sad times for all of you. Your Mother would want you to follow the path that you and she were all on together. She and I met when she came to Albany and we had some great times. I can still hear her laugh... she spread a lot of joy in her life and brought happiness to many. I looked up your restaurant Darrell and read some of those great reviews. Your Mom was mentioned in a few of them and I smiled thinking that some fortunately never change —she was still spreading Joy and comfort with that beautiful smile.
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers

I have so many fond memories from the Morris Street neighborhood in the seventies. Kim and I were great friends, Wendy the same age as one of my younger brothers, and baby Darrell. I remember sleepovers and ordering pizza and getting to stay up late watching TV. Phil was always working around the house, fixing something up. Sally was so hip and fun and pretty. She had great stories to tell about the stars she would meet or see while working at The Golden Fox. I remember there was a stereo system hooked up throughout the house and just thought that was the coolest thing. We would swim in the pool on hot summer days, and a couple times Sally even took us in the convertible up to Thatcher Park or Thompson's Lake for a swim. It was a sweet time of childhood, and though we haven't stayed in touch, the thought of it all brings me right back. I will keep you all in my thoughts as I am sure her passing will leave a big void. Sally, rest in peace.

We were great friends back as single ladies and then getting married and starting our familys. Sally and I were the girls with the strollers on Central Ave. She had Kimmy ,my Goddaughter and I had Joey her Godson. So sorry we lost contact.I will always remember the absolutely fun times we shared. My loving condolences to her family
