He always treated me with a smile "hey, what r ya doin?" - I'm going to miss seeing him. His enthusiastic automotive conversation and the dickering with him to make a deal. He was generous and fun to spend time with. My condolences to his family and all the friends that share in his loss.

To the Entire Nalley Family and Ruth. There are no words to comfort you at this time. Steve lived life his way and to the fullest. He was a true friend. We are shocked and sadden to hear of the passing of Steve. He will be missed by so many people who had the opportunity to know him and call him a friend. We had so many good times and great memories of Steve when we had The Homestead. His family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I am so sad, Steve will be missed by so many and I will miss him dearly, again things will not be the same as they once were without him. My heart breaks for the Nalley family as a great man was taken. I have known Steve my whole life and I will miss his bright smile when he was working on his land at the end of Lyons lake road or when he teased me he was going to tell my dad on me. Most of all I'm going to miss his kind heart. Rest in peace Steve.

Steve always looked out for me whenever I ran into him when Kim and I were out alone . Best big brother and friend that anyone could ever have. He was a very kind person. He was family to me I grew up around his whole family and grew to love each and everyone of them. If I was there I would hug you all. I love you and am deeply sorry for your loss.

I fondly recall how creative he was and the times I assisted him with some of his more elaborate projects. Things I thought would never work and sometimes they even seemed to defy science! But seemed to work as he planned. He always left me wondering what he was going to think up next!
