Sister Teresa you are still in our hearts and thoughts... so often spoken of with love... what wonderful memories and hope you have left with us...you were a shining light in what was sometimes a difficult world...you will always be loved never forgotten...We will meet again on the other side of the veil

Sister Teresa led trips to Ireland, Italy, Scotland and England that my husband and I joined. We teased her that we were her token Methodists. We grew to love her for her humor, gentle demeanor and loving spirit. Our lives were blessed for knowing her. God bless her family and close friends in their grief.

Peace and comfort to Sister Teresa´s family and St. Joseph community. A smiling welcoming face is how I remember Sister Teresa. We talked about my Mom who she visited and made my Mom smile. We also talked about her returning to New York to an area that we had in common. Lord welcome Sister Teresa with open arms and grant her eternal peace. Amen

We will miss Sr. Teresa so much. We were privileged to accompany her in travels with members of our church. Going to Ireland with her was especially memorable. She made everyone feel special. She always knew just what to say.

We all hope that one could say of us, "The world was a better place because we were in it." Well, that is a fact where Sister Teresa was concerned. As a new Catholic I walked into The Annunciation Of The Lord alone and feeling a bit lost for I had always attended church with my family but my walk with God lead me to the Catholic Church. Sister understood that feeling and would join me on the pew. She was there to help me with my walk in my new found Catholic faith answering questions and always showing the love of Christ in her actions. Sister made you feel cared for and about as well as welcome. I miss her still at Annunciation but continued to stay in touch with her in NY.
We could talk for hours about our Catholic faith and of course our mutual love of Ireland. Sister has now received her award for she has seen the face of God. Her goal is achieved. She stayed the course. I will miss her guidance and love in this world but have the promise of seeing her in the next. Peace and blessings on the family.
Eternal rest grant unto, Sister Teresa, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May She Rest In Peace . Amen

We loved Sr. Teresa. She led the class in Decatur AL when my husband became Catholic on our 35th anniversary. May she Rest In Peace.
