Mr. Boettger, my prayers are with you. I have such wonderful memories of visits in the early 80s to your always welcoming home. Mrs. Boettger (and, of course, you) have touched the lives of so many exchange students both here and around the world. The ripple effect of your kindness has no end. It is certainly a legacy to be proud of.

Fred, our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will miss Thelma. Our family had so many wonderful memories of our visits with you both. The piano, the lunches and the stories of your travels and guests from other countries.

To Thelma's Family
Although I haven't seen Thelma in years, she was someone who left a lasting impression on you. She was a family friend who often came to buy flowers from my family's business. She was a great lady who will be missed by all who knew her.

To Miss Keeler's family,
I don't know how old the picture is, but I recognized Miss Keeler immediately. She was my first grade teacher in 1951-52. At a time when it was impossible to conceive of a teacher having a life outside of the classroom, it was a joy to read of all Miss Keeler's various interests and activities. As my cousin, Ellen McIntyre said, "she was a special teacher" and I have thought of her often. May I add my sympathies to her family as well.
