To the family of Tom Neylan--
Tom was my classmate at Cathedral Academy class of 1954-- he was part of a small group of us that not only went through high school together, but through elementary school at CA. Besides the reunions, recently, we shared such nice visits at the coffee shop. Tom would read his paper and we would gab about the latest happenings. I will miss him whenever I stop in. Sadly, things have changed. A quiet and noble soul has passed on.

I was so sorry to hear that Tom has passed. I just heard from Jim Rasmuson. I have fond memories of the times that Mary and Tom and I spent at Grandma Grace’s and Grandpa Jim’s house.

Dear Mary,
I was saddendd and surprised to hear of Tom's passing. I always expected to see him at the annual Cathedral picnic in September, where he and I would talk a little bit together - took it for granted, I guess, as we do about so many things in life. A kind and gentle demeanor characterized Tom - and the lives of us who knew him (in my case, since our days at Cathedral Academy) are diminished with the passing of this gentle soul. BettyAnn and I extend you and your family our deepest sympathy, Mary.

Dear Mary and Mike,
I first met Tom at Ken Hunter's drugstore. Tom worked behind the counter at the soda fountain. Later I met Harry in the same way. First I lost my good friend Harry, and now I've lost my good friend Tom. I will always remember Tom and Harry for the rest of my life; I will always remember all of us together at Cathedral Academy. Mary, Carmen and I always looked forward to meeting with you and Tom when we were visiting Albany. We hope to be able to visit with you again when we get back. We wish we could have been with you today.
