WYNANTSKILL - Thomas Francis Phibbs Jr., 91, a lifelong resident of Wynantskill, N.Y., passed away peacefully after a short illness. on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Tom's calling hours on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 10 to 11:45 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church, 310 Spring Ave., Troy, N.Y. 12180.
