ALBANY - Todd S. Hoke, 62 of Albany, peacefully returned to the essence on Sunday, July 30, 2023. A celebration honoring his life will be held on Friday, August 18, at 11 a.m. in the historic Wilborn Temple C.O.G.I.C, 121 Jay St., Albany.
