I will greatly miss Wayne. He always had something kind and interesting to say, knew what fish to recommend, and loved to exchange restaurant recommendations with me. I hope he knows how many people are probably remembering him fondly and missing him.

Wayne, I know somewhere you can read this, I miss you everyday I walk into Hannaford. It's not the same working there without you. You always brightened my day and your memory will always live on. We'll always love you and I pray your enjoying the after life on your harley and eating plenty of the favorite pizza you always talked about in schenectady.

Craig and I were deeply saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. He was such a nice, sweet person. When we left town he painted a slate for us as a gift and we have it hanging on the wall and think of him often and now it will be a memorial to him in our home. Our thoughts and prayers are with his friends at this time.

A kind and gentle soul has slipped away from us, and I cannot help but wonder if Wayne had any idea how many of us looked forward to chatting with him when we visited Hannaford to shop. Wayne treated everyone like a good friend, and I would like to think he just rode off on his Harley, to visit old friends and family he has not seen for a long time. I am sorry he had to leave so soon!

Wayne was a truly nice person. I was never in such a rush that I didn't have time to stop and talk to Wayne even if only for a minute because he always brightened my day. May you rest in peace my friend.
