William Tymeson Obituary

WYNANTSKILL - William H. Tymeson Jr., "Bill," 77, passed away on August 31, 2023, at St. Peter's Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Troy, he was the son of the late William H. Tymeson Sr. and Florence Dorothy Jensen Tymeson, and the loving husband to Dale Mullins Tymeson.
Bill was an avid New York Yankees fan, and he enjoyed spending time attending his grandkids' activities. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post #1489 in Wynantskill.
Bill attended Hudson Valley Community College. He served in The United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked for General Electric as a machine repairman at the Schenectady location and a chemical operator at the Waterford location.
In addition to his wife, Dale M. Tymeson, he is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Rosemary) Tymeson of Wynantskill, and Colleen (John) Daniels of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Jordan Tymeson, Nicholas Tymeson, Gregory Daniels, and Maggie Daniels; his brother, Michael (Grace) Tymeson; and his brother-in-law, Thomas (Janice) Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his mother, father, and sister, Dorothy Paula (the late Chester) Kupiec.
Family and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday, September 5, from 9 to 10 a.m. with funeral Mass to follow at 10 a.m., all at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 43 Brookside Ave., Wynantskill. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Troy.

So Sorry for the Loss of this Great Man. It was Our Pleasure to have known a Him. He use to mow my Mother"s lawn back in the day and would go above and beyond to be so helpful. He was so Loved. Always an enjoyment to be around a party was not a party if Billy wasn't there. Billy being part of Our wedding party was so Special we will never forget him. May He RIP
