LOWERY AMANDA W. LOWERY 1980 - 2016 MRS. AMANDA LYNN WILKINSON LOWERY, age 36, of Eastman, GA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, November 14, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Fred Parker officiating, with interment in Antioch #1 Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Lowery, born in Jacksonville, FL, was a member and Sunday school teacher of Antioch #1 Baptist Church and a physical therapist for Dublinair Nursing Home. She was the 1998 Valedictorian of Pierce County High School, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology in 2002 and received her athletic trainer certificate. In 2004 she received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University. Amanda was the #1 fan of Florida State University and was a dedicated wife and a Godly, loving mother to her children. She is preceded in death by her Grandfathers - M.L. Carter, Jr. and C.E. Wilkinson, Jr. and her Uncle - Mark Carter. Survivors: Husband - William Dusty Lowery of Eastman; 2 Sons - Rhett Lowery and Luke Lowery, both of Eastman; Daughter - Kate Lowery of Eastman; Parents - Darlene Carter Wilkinson & Randy Wilkinson, both of Blackshear; Brother - Justin Wilkinson (Julie) of Hazlehurst; Maternal Grandmother - Jan Carter of Blackshear; Paternal Grandmother - Hazel Wilkinson of Maxville, FL; Parents-in-law -Iris Conley Lowery & Ken Lowery, both of Eastman; Brother-in-Law - Rusty Lowery (Brittni) of Milan; Sister-in-Law - Dawn Cannon (Alex) of Rhine; Nieces & Nephews - Jeb Wilkinson, Jay Wilkinson, Jessi Wilkinson, Bree Cannon, Halle Lowery and Raelyn Lowery; Aunts & Uncles - Shirley Jerkins (Don), Barry Wilkinson (Cathy), Mike Carter (Audrey), and Rennie Carter; Numerous Cousins and extended family. The family may be contacted at the residence of Ken and Iris Lowery, 300 North Lake Drive, Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00PM-8:00PM Sunday, November 13. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Antioch #1 Baptist Church, 3233 Antioch Chruch Road, Eastman, 31023. Our hearts are broken over the passing of Amanda she was such a beautiful person inside and out we will all miss her dearly. She was such a happy young lady and always had a smile on her beautiful face. She had such a special bond with her Uncle Mark they adored each other...I know she is heaven with him now talking about their Noles. We have lost an Angel on earth but gained an Angel in heaven. Amanda you have always had a special place in my heart and there you will always remain. My heart aches for the entire family I pray God gives you strength to endure the pain and mends your hearts. We love you all and praying everyday for your healing! I know the love you have for Amanda and her babies I am thankful you have them to hold on too and you will always have her with you in them.
